Delivery and Returns
Delivery in the UK
We use several carriers to ship our artwork including Royal Mail, DHL and UPS. Costs for this service can be seen during checkout.
If your purchase is a print or poster, it will be carefully packaged with protective board and wrapped in a protective, acid-free sleeve before being securely packaged. We do not roll our prints into tubes for fear of accidental damage on removal from their packaging!
If you are ordering an original or framed artwork, your purchase will be well wrapped in protective layers before entering sturdy cardboard packaging. Originals are precious so we treat them with the utmost care!
Most of our prints and posters will be delivered within 7 working days, stock permitting. At times of higher volume, we may need a couple of extra days so do bear with us! If we are out of stock of your item, we will contact you immediately. Please allow around 14 days for framed orders and originals to arrive with you, subject to stock availability.
If you have a special delivery date you need us to work to, please get in touch, we will always do our best to accommodate.
Original artwork can be shipped overseas but due to the delicate nature of shipping such items, we will need to create a bespoke shipping price for you. If you live outside the UK and are interested in purchasing an original piece, please contact us directly.
Prints and posters
For customers in the United States, please contact our partner gallery Hero Complex Gallery to purchase directly. For other locations please contact us directly to arrange shipping.
If you would like to return your art purchase, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the parcel, explaining your reason for the return. We will then liaise personally with you for a simple and successful return.
If you are reporting any damage on the item, please let us know immediately. Damage reports must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
We can only process a full refund if the art arrives back to us in a re-saleable condition. The cost of re-packing and returning the item will be your responsibility and we advise you to use a signed-for insured courier service as you will still be liable for the cost of the art if it is lost or damaged in transit.
Upon receipt of the returned item in a re-saleable condition, we will process your refund or credit note as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 days for this to take place.
If the piece of art was ordered in specifically for you or was a custom piece, then unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund. Instead, we can provide you with a credit note to use on any piece of art on display in the gallery. This credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of the return.
