A Good Man? - Print

Inspired by Ridley Scott's 1984 movie: Blade Runner. 
 
Harrison Ford played Rick Deckard in this genre defining movie; a tortured ex cop who specialised in 'retiring' genetically engineered replicants. In this painting I really tried to capture his haunted look, not sure who he is hunting, who is hunting him, or even by the end of the movie, who he is.

All of my paintings have been created in my Northamptonshire studio in oils on a rigid support. A grisaille underpainting was painted first in a traditional style before colour was added.
